Revlon announced Thursday that it will soon remove harmful ingredients from its makeup. The company will no longer use two long-chain parabens — isobutylparaben and isopropylparaben — and DMDM hydantoin, a formaldehyde-releasing chemical. Long-chain parabens are linked to endocrine disruption, Time reports, while formaldehyde may cause cancer.
